HOW CAN I CANCEL OR AMEND MY ORDER?
To cancel or amend your order, please get in touch with us via our contact form and we will do our best to comply with your request, if the order has not yet been dispatched.

If your order has already been dispatched, you may still return your item(s), but you will be held responsible for any return costs of the item(s).

 

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You will be kept up to date on the status of your order via email. If you have any questions, you may provide us your order number and contact us using the contact form

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Deliveries within the United Kingdom usually arrive within 2 days from dispatch.

Please note : In the case that you do not receive your order within 2 days, please allow an additional 5 days before enquiring about your delivery. 

 

CAN I GET A REFUND?
We have a no quibble refund policy of 14 days. 

In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please fill in our return form to request a refund.

All items should be returned in a resalable condition (unworn, including tags and packaging) and the refund will be issued back to your original payment method upon inspection of the item(s).

If the item(s) is/are returned to us in a non-resalable condition, the refund will not be processed. 

Please ensure ALL items are posted back using a trackable service.
